About Julius
Julius del Rosario, also known as DJ JRIP, was born in Baltimore, Maryland where he started his musical journey. From playing piano at the age of 5, to singing karaoke on the Magic Mic, he carried his passion for music all the way to college where he was first introduced to DJing while attending the University of Pennsylvania. Inspired by fellow UPenn DJs and other up-and-coming artists, Julius jumped into the DJ scene and never looked back.
After college, he branched out into the city of brotherly love - Philadelphia, where he formed his own event entertainment company, JRIP Entertainment, providing premium, professional DJ services up and down the east coast for couples on their special wedding day, in addition to many other types of private events.
As a true open-format DJ, Julius continues to spin the best of Pop, Hip-Hop, House, Trap, Top 40 and 2Kâs classics for nightlife, weddings, and corporate/non-profit events.
